Private Residential Design

A large proportion of Cornerstone’s work involves the architectural and structural design of private houses and multi-storey residential complexes. Work may involve the demolition or remodelling of the existing structure, excavation to accommodate garages and reservoirs, and construction of new floors in line the local sanitary and planning laws.

Our remit would generally would be sub-divided into the following stages:

• Acquisition of Planning Permit
• Structural and construction Drawings
• Project Management and Construction Review
• Site Meetings and liaison with construction, HVAC and finishing contractors
